In her suit, Reid accuses the defendants of wrongfully licensing her likeness, which she states they do not own, to “manufacturers of slot machines, gambling products and beer makers, who in turn have marketed their product with her likeness, and continue to wrongfully trade and profit therefrom.”

Reid is asking for a minimum of $100 million in damages for the breach of her contract and is also seeking an injunction that would prohibit her likeness from being used on any future products.
